Announcement Regarding 2017-1 Minor, Multiple, Double Major Registration/Cancellation

We are now accepting applicants for

 minor, multiple, double major registration/cancellation according to the 2017 course schedule.

Students who are applicable should proceed with the registration, evaluation,

and selection process according to their department’s schedule.

1. Registration period: 2017.05.15.(Mon) ~ 05.19(Fri)

2. Announcement of Selected Candidates

           A) Minor, Multiple major

                     1) Authorization process: Will be completed in June

                     2) Admission: Will be announced individually (in June) and/or check the HY-in system

           B) Double major

                     1) Authorization process: Will be announced at the beginning of August

                       after the graduation requirements have been completed

                     - Final graduation requirement by departments: 2017.08.02.(Wed)~08.04(Fri)

                                **May be delayed a day or two

                     2) Admission: Will be announced individually (in June)

3. Minor, multiple major cancellation: Will be authorized in June

4. Additional information

           A) Cancellation: Required to be authorized after the semester’s completion of the grading process

              (to be finished on 2017.07.24 [Mon] 15:00)

           ※ Need to pay attention since the entire course registration record may be deleted when the cancellation

              is authorized while taking the double major courses

           B) Evaluation of applicants/Authorization process

                     1) Applicants who did not make it after the 1^st evaluation process

                       (graduation requirement for the 1^st major incomplete)

                     : Will be labeled ‘반려’ before the additional period for graduation reservation

                     2) Authorization for the final applicants should be made after the graduation requirements

                       (beginning of August)

           : The 1^st major will be converted to double major after the authorization.

             Therefore, errors may occur if authorized before the graduation requirements have been completed.
